The project identified key opportunities to increase cross-sell and upsell across the user journey.

Recommendations included a mix of quick wins and longer-term feature opportunities.  We also advised on localisation to improve product relevance in key Southease Asian market.

Process

The work was delivered in two phases: 


Phase 1

  • Mapped the customer journey through interviews with customers and non-customers

  • Explored purchase decisions, product discovery, and pain points

  • Facilitated a workshop to generate solutions to key friction points identified in the customer journey


Phase 2

  • Refined priority ideas and built quick prototypes

  • Ran user testing to assess desirability and validate the concepts
