Mapped the customer journey through interviews with customers and non-customers
Explored purchase decisions, product discovery, and pain points
Facilitated a workshop to generate solutions to key friction points identified in the customer journey
Phase 2
Refined priority ideas and built quick prototypes
Ran user testing to assess desirability and validate the concepts
