Hi, I'm Ruby
Hi, I'm Ruby
I started Rex in 2023 with a clear goal: to enable more UX research in Southeast Asia. I’ve lived in the region since 2019 and care deeply about building digital experiences that actually work here. Too often, companies overlook critical details when designing for this part of the world. I didn’t want that to keep happening.
Before founding Rex, I worked at Boston Consulting Group and Grab in Singapore, and at Nous Group in Australia. I also enjoy sharing what I’ve learned - I’ve spoken at 10 conferences in 7 countries across 2 continents (and counting!).
Teaching is a big focus for me. Through Rex, I run workshops with clients and also teach courses to students around the world. So far, I’ve taught 300+ professionals across 6 continents and 20+ countries through live masterclasses and cohort programs.
